This judge thrives on allowing abuser to continue abusing the victim. Its people like him in power to destroy the future of humanity, families and children. Where are the advocates for victims of family court? We live in the most expensive city in the country with no pro bono attorneys, sad.

Judge CJ Mody has a blatant disregard and bias in the court room against anyone who has accusations of DV or Child Abuse regardless whether or not those claims have been proven to be false, by Family Court Services, Child Welfare Service, Police Reports and even witness testimony. Judge Mody, as noted by others here, will refuse to let a litigant complete their testimony and will blatantly show a clear bias and disregard for case law, the case history when he is new to the case, and seek to craft a decision that meets the outcome which, in my case violated due process, procedural process and amounts to abuse of discretion.

Saw him for an ex parte hearing, our normal judge was not there and he wanted nothing to do with investigating the best interest of our children. Father never returned our them after holiday visit and they had missed a week of school. Judge wouldn’t even listen to the case or return them to their home for school. “Justice” is the farthest from his primary goal!

He did not listen or care I believe my child is being abused or let us have a trial so I could prove my allegations. He just blew me off and my child’s safety . This man made up his mind before he even entered the room. He should not be a judge.

I just want to indicate that my previous judge before him was very professional and kind and let me speak when it was my turn to speak. CJ Modi did not let me speak. He did not let me try to defend myself. There was no proof that my boyfriend did anything in this case that’s going on right now, the hospital that she was brought to indicated that nothing happened to her. They even examined everything my daughters body and they didn’t find anything And the judge still had the audacity to put me On monitored visits with my daughter long story short, he’s very rude. He does not deserve to be a judge. If he’s doing this to me I couldn’t imagine all the other women that he’s doing it to. There’s even comments on this website about how poorly he shows him himself as a judge. In one comment, it says that he violates civil rights and he definitely does that 100% so you really need to take consideration into talking to him on changing his ways His behavior towards people And not make it seem like it’s one-sided because he was talking to the father of my child all cool and calm but when it came to me he was very rude my name is giuseppina Rocco and cj is very rude and needs to reconsider his actions

This awful judge is incompetent of the law and complete disregard for federal laws and violates civil rights of those in his court room.

For being a new judge he already takes bribes. He is a piece of crap and is biased an unethical.
