Clare Keithley

This judge is a racist and she takes deals on people's lives. She will not follow hifher court and changing laws and apply them too cases appropriately either. She is rude and does not follow the law closely.

I have practiced for 30 years in nearly that many counties. There is only one or two other judges I have seen with the outstanding A+ judicial demeanor---that ability to be calmly stern/firm without being rude. She has an easy and calm command of her courtroom. I have lost as many times as I have won, but she explains her rulings in a way no one walks out of her courtroom bewildered. FYI. I am discussing Family Law here, which can be frustrating for some judges. Not her. All FL attorneys are pleased with her (except one who says, "She hates me).

Because no one runs against her she has learned that she can profit off cases. Helping her friend Ms. Brooks gain cases where they leave the child/children with the abusive parent knowing the other parent will fight. Seems to be based somewhat on race. She was clearly in trouble the last few years and was being watch in the court room. Her behavior became so fake it was hilarious. All her cases need to be reviewed. The staff has tried to turn her in but she has created a toxic work environment….fake sweet but honestly mentally ill/narcissistic/loves to laugh when victims cry. It’s so bad that all of these patterns I spoke about is know by all the workers but everyone is afraid of her or they think she an angel.
