Not the sharpest pencil in the box, tends to favor the government no matter what illegalities have been committed.

Judge Wilken has denied me due process at every turn! She has sat on her hands for 2 1/2 months and not ruled on proceeding in forma pauperis! She has denied ALL my ex parte TRO, and Liz Pendends! I am about to have my house sold fraudulently, and she could care less! Really a horrible district judge!

Terrible judge. Did not even bother to read the defendant's brief and willingly admitted to it in the opening hearing. Disgrace to the state of California and a disgrace to the American Bar Association and a disgrace to the practice of law in the United States.

A credit to the bench. Very smart and diligent. Win, lose or draw, you'll get a fair hearing, and the Judge will have an excellent grasp of the facts and the law. That's all you can really ask for.
