We had a problem with a dead beat tenant in T or C, NM. This judge didn't even review any of the data that we submitted for review. He was very condescending, paid no attention to the fact that we had given the guy 60 days notice, and gave the deadbeat another 10 days to squat in our home. Perhaps he should move in with Judge Attwood for a while and then he would get the full picture.
