Not only ignorant of facts presented before him, he gives credit of unprovable accusations instead! An insult to intelligence further describes this “Judge” who has a lack of understanding as to the definition of domestic violence which is inclusive of verbal abuse, financial abuse, coercive control, bullying, etc.. it isn’t always a physical condition… longer lasting ptsd from domestic violence comes from women who have been in from of this Judge everyday due to his own thrashing of his words not only re- victimizes domestic violence himself but is proof of the lack of intelligence and the legal meaning of domestic violence and how to interpret the law… take if your robe Mr. leis we see what’s underneath!

This judge is aggressive, condescending and favors the abuser . He does not do his work thoroughly and does not judge based on the evidence out in front of him. He further enables family court to reward the person who does not follow court orders, and further causes trauma and ptsd to the parent who is telling the truth. Shame on him! I give him the lowest rating! He does not know what abuse really is.
