The judge was so disrespectful and dismissive it’s not even funny. I asked to be excused because I’m a mental health therapist and I work with kids and teens that go into crisis and he literally told me “I guess you won’t be working then” and I said …..did you miss the part about them going into crisis? They’re only with me for 8-12 weeks; and he goes “surely someone can cover for you” and I said…..that’s not how that works. Thankfully the lawyers convinced him to release me, but he was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive about my career.

I thought maybe it was just me. But after reading the comments here, I can see that I have once again been cursed with a lousy judge. This guy is a piece of work. Very wrongly granted SJ in case with a slew of disputed material facts. It was shocking, quite frankly. It is sad that we are subjected to this kind of treatment. It's a disgrace. Overall, the NJ Court system is pretty horrible

He routinely pre-judges cases. He’ll waive away black and white evidence that disproves his initial thought. While he is very smart, and can potentially be a good judge, unfortunately he’s a disgrace to our legal system. Anybody that doubts me can easily look up how often he gets appealed.
