Defense attorney here. It was a month long trial on a practicing medicine without a license case (20 plus counts). Judge Richman was fair, even handed, and a pleasure to try a case before. My client felt that he was fair and even if the jury had not gone our way, she did not think he was a prosecutor on the bench. He listens to attorneys hwo might know certain areas of the law, has an open mind, and is hard working. Excellent judge.

"If I am the appropriate judge to hear this matter, I will not shirk my judicial responsibilities." Mic Drop. These words should be emblazoned on a stone in the courthouse somewhere. There is a God. And there is at least ONE, honest judge out there. Hoping to find another ????
