I will post to convey the lasting impact these proceedings have had on me and my family, and to express my profound disappointment in a process that should have inspired confidence in the administration of justice.

In my case, the tone and atmosphere of the proceedings frequently felt inappropriate for a courtroom entrusted with matters of such importance. At times, it seemed as though serious concerns regarding my daughter were treated with less care and dignity than they deserved. The lack of respect shown toward the issues affecting her well-being was particularly painful.

What troubled me most in my case was the apparent unwillingness to fully examine the evidence and circumstances presented before the court. Rather than experiencing a process guided by fairness and justice, I often felt met with skepticism and disdain simply for seeking help through the legal system.

The father moved out of state without notifying the court. I believe the family court proceedings in my case were fundamentally unfair and failed to serve the best interests of my child. Rather than ensuring that all parties were heard equally and evaluated fairly, the court's actions created an outcome that unjustly separated a child from her mother.

My expectation was not favoritism, but a fair and thoughtful review of the facts. I continue to believe that every parent and child deserves a court that prioritizes the child's best interests and treats all parties with dignity and respect.

The experience in your courtroom was deeply painful. I left many hearings feeling embarrassed—not only by what occurred in the courtroom, but by the realization that the person entrusted with ensuring fairness and justice appeared unwilling to fully examine the evidence and circumstances affecting my daughter's well-being.

Throughout these proceedings, I experienced the courtroom as an environment where my concerns were not given the consideration they deserved. At times, your conduct and demeanor left me feeling humiliated, dismissed, and powerless. Rather than feeling that the court was a place where the best interests of my daughter were being protected, I felt that the dynamics of abuse and control I had been subjected to outside the courtroom were being reinforced within it.

You had a legal and ethical obligation to fairly and impartially evaluate the facts presented in my daughter's custody case. Instead, I felt that the father's behavior was often met with amusement rather than careful scrutiny of his parenting and actions.

Every family court case that Judge Mittelstaedt presided over should be investigated. She is not well and her ability to oversee basic cases is a concern. She is definately unable to oversee complex cases involving child abuse and neglect.

Her decision in my case did not reflect fairness, impartiality, or proper consideration of the evidence presented. Absolutely an embarrassment to the judicial system and mankind.

I petitioned for a safety plan to be put in place. You denied it. You purposely made things difficult.

You allowed him to move out of the state with my daughter. You never held him accountable for not notifying the court. A CPS case was filed against the dad and stepmother and the case was founded. The damage that you and Althea Davenger have caused is irreversible. Neither of you should be allowed to have a say in any humans life.

Remove Judge Miitestaedt from the bench.

Judge Crystal Mittelstaedt is obtuse.

Listen to Al Sharpton’s message of “How Dare You!”to the 5 officers. The same message applies to you Crystal Mittelstaedt. You are an embarrassment to your profession and community.

Your ability to practice law should be revoked. You need to be removed from the bench. You are a danger to women and children.

You allowed her Dad to take over your courtroom. Not one thing he said about me was true or substantiated. I asked for an investigation. You said I was the “fun mom”. A fun mom would not ask for an investigation. Horrible judge.

I didn’t post on this site believing that you care or understand about the damage you have caused in so many live. I post to let others know to be aware of you. I post to let others know that I too was falsely accused by you in your courtroom. I post to let others know that you are not “ok” a d probably should not have been given the chance to oversee family court cases for so long.
