By far one of the worst judges in the Los Angeles county. Clearly racially biased, previous reviews are SPOT on. Stay away from this guy.

Absolutely horrible Judge. Doesn’t know squat about fairness or justice. Avoid , Avoid, Avoid!!!

Trust the REAL comments. Those complaining about Kin's bias, his inability to comprehend simple arguments, his lack of general understanding with respect to basic legal concepts, his awkward ability to make hearings more about him than the matter at hand, etc. Keep in mind, this judge was neither appointed nor elected: he submitted candidacy which was uncontested TWICE, so BY DEFAULT he became the worst judge in Stanley Mosk until 2027. Some have suggested he's a plant, and for those that know he can be manipulated, they love that they can rely on him for a lack of justice in favor of the side he personally prefers.

This judge is the worst in Stanley Mosk and that is a bold statement for Stanley Mosk. Thinks he is the greatest thing since slice bread. Railroaded my client based merely on the color of his skin. Hates African Americans.

This guy is obviously the smartest judge in LA County, just ask him. I’m surprised comments about him are limited. Post -COVID there will be more and more. Worst judge in Stanley Mosk, you’ll understand why after appearing in front of him. He does have a strong bias and little regard for litigants.
