Cynthia A. Freeland

She is one of the best judges I've appeared in front of in nearly nineteen years of practices. I represented a family dealing with the death of their family member and she handled the case with professionalism and grace.

Makes up her mind and lets you talk just so counsel cannot complain, but does not listen. Extremely biased pro defense (that's what she did before going on the bench): one party's MSJ notice was missing the law under which it was brought and Judge Freeland just denied it. On a different occasion the opposing party's MSJ notice was missing exactly the same information and Judge Freeland gave it a pass.
