I have seen so many parents my self go in this courtroom where the parental rights are terminated. People being pressured to give up their parental rights by court-appointed attorneys and AD litems that the judge herself appointed. This judge does not have a good record for my seeing personally of reuniting children back with what called family reunification. I've seen this judge appear to be very one-sided. She does not seem like she really cares about the parents just what CPS or the ad litem say. She has allowed one child that I know of to be placed with non-relatives over family members willing to take the child and try to pursue the adoption process. I have a family member who has personally been pressured to give up their parental rights in her Court. It doesn't seem to be a lot of Justice in this courtroom 4 victims or family. I believe that this judge should be replaced with someone who will follow case law and look at every circumstance and not just from the view of a ad litem or a CPS worker.

Judge does not care about fathers rights and will award custody to the mother against all evidence shown

She cares about no one but herself and her money. She makes her own rules. She doesn't seem to understand case laws. She constantly turns a blind eye to cases. She chooses attorneys on cases that are her personal friends. She returns children to their abusers. Maybe, just maybe she, herself, should be abused once.

This is the worst judge I have ever dealt with. SHE Lied about knowing my witness. She denied me to talk. She is biased and rolls her eyes in court. She laughs in the court room with attorney's and ad litems. She won't let people talk when trying to share the truth. She has ignored parties when she wants too. She has a very cold demeanor about herself. She won't even recuse herself when she should. She does not care that someone was pressured to give up their parental rights with post relinquishment visits that never happen. She knows she is not following case law and she is doing things all wrong in that court room. She allows her bailiffs wife who is an attorney to be in her court room on cases. That's conflict. She has literally ripped families apart for that paycheck. It's time to get her off the bench. I could go on and on what I've seen her do but it will take a year to write that or longer. Collin county needs to replace her!! How can she sleep at night knowing she destroys families with being biased, unfair and not following the law. The lawyer and the as litem are her friends. How can anyone get justice in her court. She has forgotten over the years how she got her job. She was a good judge at 1 time but now she done lost her mind.She believes everything in paper is true from cps and whoever. She really needs to be replaced and her cases looked into. Someone needs to expose her!
