If she is anything like she was an OCDA, you can expect her to favor the DA’s office. I had to go against her as a DA and she was willing to sign perjury to keep me looked up. She basically forced me into pleading guilty when I wanted a trial. There was politics involved because I am very outspoken against the DA’s office and reported them to the Federal DOJ, which is useless. After that, if I said a bad word, Cynthia Nichols charged me with criminal threats. I would never want her to oversea a case of mine. What is even worse is that they gave me the worst Public Defender who again was playing games and politics with my life. The crime might have been as high as annoying phone calls. Ms. Nichols charged me with 7 felonies and the useless OC Public Defender did nothing.
