D. Christopher Lombardo

There is not a more fair-minded judge in Illinois than The Honorable Judge Lombardo. Very well spoken and listens to all parties without prejudice. The State of Illinois is fortunate to have him serve from the bench.

Similar to other reviews, and wish I had been given an option to choose a different judge - he definitely has little man complex and favors female attorneys / litigants in spite of any information presented. He is unprepared, punitive, and unprofessional, making snap decisions without any real legal basis or logic.

Refused to enforce either his orders or recommendations. Allowed cases to languish on his docket. No follow through from court date to court date. He is absolutely the worst judge if your case demands a swift and fair decision.
