Dakota Ramseur

I found Judge Ramseur to be polite and respectful to counsel, and interested in knowing the facts. I was in her courtroom for a conference, it was quite crowded and her clerks were backed up. So Judge Ramseur began calling cases into chambers and conferencing them directly. I have never had a judge do that. She was a pleasure to work with.

~Biased judge. Thus, naturally there will be good reviews for this judge from the attorneys that got the benefit of her bias. It is unfortunate that the courts are now just like politics; getting the right judge can make all the difference in the outcome of a case. Very unfair to the parties who are on the receiving end of her bias. This is the world we live in. So unfortunate.
