Dalya Youssef

She's the worst judge. She enables the abuser. She rules in abusive men best interests analysis. She doesn't care about the child's best interests. Extremely biased. Zero accountability. Misuse of her power all the time. Best example for any law school how a judge is not supposed to be.

Dalya Yousseff should be investigated for fraud. She has a history of intentionally ruling against innocent litigants and helping the abusers. She does this silently and writes the orders so that she would not be caught. She will abuse the power of the bench and will help the lawyers she knows. She is operating a syndicate from the bench. The NJ attoreny general and Supreme court must investigate this judge for abuse of power.

Dalya is one of the judges who should NOT be on the bench. She is extremely biased only favors the attorneys who are her friends. She is using the judicial system as her personal money making enterprise. Dalya is a disgrace to the judicial system and the trust and integrity this system supposed to uphold. She runs the court for the lawyers and their business . She has no ethics and thinks that she is above everyone else.

I am also a civil attorney, so I have significant experience before the court in general. Judge Youssef is very fair, and she takes the time to understand complex factual and legal issues without jumping to conclusions. Highly intelligent on the law, and she will not allow the court to be conned by lying litigants.

She is NOT in favor of women especially those who have gone through DV. If she makes a mistake she will never correct it. She makes judgement of your character based on her opinions not evidence. She destroys people's lives by ignoring abuse and manipulation. She put me through pure hell. I hope true victims never have someone so cold as her.

[Redacted by Ed.] if you don't have a lawyer or a lesser known/new lawyer, she will rule against you and give all the favor to the lawyer she knows. She thinks that the entire system revolves around her and she can punish NJ citizens and attorneys with impunity and zero accountability. Horrendous judgement. Heavily discriminates men and exploits them ruthlessly by financial or other punishment. threatens to incarcerate poor and vulnerable social population. I can't believe she became a Judge to further her personal agenda of dictatorship through bench. She should be removed from the bench ASAP else she will do immense damage to NJ citizens.

Completely rail roaded me, didn’t listen to law or statutes, issued orders based on hear say with no hard factual evidence and bad faith and told me I wasn’t credible. I had her in a trial and she completely disregarded law against absolute immunity and entered an FRO against me (interesting bc judges have absolute immunity). I loved her at first and now it’s pretty clear she shows favoritism.

Had a one day trial after lunch, she did not come back until after 2. No respect for litigants, I wish I was given Judge Edwards

The Judge showed lack of restraint, lack of candor, communicated ex parte with the adversary attorney, issued rulings that were confusing, and jeopardized the restraining order hearing. As a black man, she seemed to favor towards women and said on the record she didn’t appreciate men. What a poor choice Murphy picked.

I had high hopes for Judge Youssef, she is prejudiced, does not follow the law, while pretending to act in a child's best interest. She does not fight for single mothers, disregards out of state law, and orders young children back to parents who sexually abuse them.

Dictator, Authoritarian, Bully. Abuses and exploits her position to threaten and intimidate attorneys and litigants to avoid work. Uses fee shifting as a tool of exploitation. A disgust to public service and waste of taxpayer dollars. Governor and Senate Judiciary Committee should take a note of this. NJ Judiciary should not be used as a revenge and extortion tool against public.
