terrible decisions to let criminals out on probation for horrendous repeat crimes.

This judge has a history of making poor choices that continues to put the general public at risk. Letting a sexual predator free on the streets is absolutely deplorable and she should be disbarred.

Worst judge I have ever encountered. Overruled a jury verdict and ignored two recommendations from the DOC (which she ordered) to give a jury convicted felon probation time after nearly killing his girlfriend. Told the courtroom it was run of the mill DV and happens all the time so why would this time be so special as to warrant prison time. Completely ignored that the defendant had been convicted before and that he was pending an assault charge on an officer. Also congratulated the defendant on his strides to get sober, while tuning out completely during the victim's impact statement. She is unreal and has no place on the bench.

When a defendent demonstrates through serial convictions that incarceration is the only way to stop them from drivng while intoxicated, the only responsible sentence is incarceration. Justice demands it. Public safety demands it. This judge is a disgrace.

Shame on Dana Simonds. Giving probation to a male who has no care about USA laws. He shouldn’t have been driving in the first place—-it’s his 5th DUI! Is he even a USA citizen. Let’s hope when he gets his next DUI it involves someone you know or love. Americans are sick of lack luster judges like you who have let crime rule our streets. you’re disgusting!

Worst judge is Sonoma county and possibly California. Extremely biased and pro state. Does not read evidence and is very offensive when proved wrong. Her temperament is compared to a toddler. She is not competent to be on the bench. Makes you wonder on how many innocent people are in prison because of her
