Extremely biased towards Hispanics, makes veiled raciest comments, habitually unprepared and clueless. She sits on motions for approximately half a year and then comes to court without the slightest clue about what’s going on in ths case. I have a feeling that her law clerks are the only thing holding her up. Just for perspective, she missed the hearing she scheduled… twice.. like girl, I don’t know what’s wrong with you life but do better. If being a judge is not for you then find a different career path.

This judge is one of those narcissist types that can’t admit their own short comings so has to take it out on the parties as opposed to being accountable. Be forewarned: this judge is terrible, does not know basic civil procedures for civil litigation (she has a background limited to criminal) and regularly relies on her law clerk and judicial staff to do her job. She is the epitome of judicial bias and chronic unpreparedness.

Probably the most incompetent and judicially biased judge of encountered. She changed a hearing date at 8 pm the night before without telling anyone, only to not make the hearing time, nor the delayed hearing time, and then dismissing my case because no one waited 4 hours for this judge to figure her life out, show up to court, and do her job. Avoid at all costs!

She is a good judge. Very good temperant
