This judge has allowed an attorney like County Public Administrator (CPA) Thomas Brennan Fraser (2005-2019) (he no longer is working for the State as a CPA - he was removed by Dana Nessel on 8-23-19 due to the numerous complaints filed during the Elder Abuse Listening Tour) to harm many families who owe real estate in Oakland County. Between 2012-2024 (and probably 2025) - this Judge is allowing Fraser and his Attorney Joseph Ehrlich to violate many court rules and laws. The John Stirling White Estate has The Winery at 31505 Grand River Avenue in Farmington in Fraser’s portfolio to protect and preserve as a co-trustee and sole personal representative! Have you seen what he has done to this estate? The family business? As he does not pay the property taxes as the special fiduciary - court ordered - to monitor the finances of this estate! OBrien did not mandate this attorney to file his annual accounting - with his proofs - as far back as 2013 and now the estate has been wasted and dissipated. OBrien likes to call people out in the gallery if they file complaints on him and he permits perjury by lawyers. I have witnessed him not mandate evidence, affidavits or truthful legal statements to be put on the record. In 2018 - Many Michigan families have been harmed due to this Judge and WXYZ news have been reporting on these Probate judges since 2016.
