This Judge is a disgrace starting with his case of Sally McNeil. [Redacted by Ed.] He thinks he is ALL THAT. NOPE he is laughable. He thinks he is great but he should be told that we are laughing AT YOU NOT WITH YOU. I feel bad for his family. They are disgusted with him too. Just go away. PLEASE!!

The best judge on the San Diego bench. Accusations of misogyny and prejudice come from people who couldn't pull the wool over his eyes. He's smart, fair, tough.

An egomaniac that lacks compassion and common sense. It seems like he enjoys stepping on throats to advance his careeer. Lock him up for life for the years he has robbed from the innocent.

I was before Hon. Daniel Goldstein many years ago, in North County Division. He conferred with the Deputy DA and the the charge of violating probation by feeding birds adjacent to what had been a vacant lot was dropped. He seemed like an excellent judge to me. That hasn’t been my experience, before, with some other judges who were presiding at the Vista Courthouse.

The worst!!! Has he ever worked with women or been around them? Does he even know what battered women or a person is? Has he ever been around victims. Judicial system my ass you sir are the ugliest human being ever

One of the worst judges in America. If you have any case where you care about the truth, I would never take the case with this judge. He will vilify, abuse, mistreat, and treat women as tools to get his ratings up. I would not be surprised if he abuses his employees and his family as friends.

This judge has been accused of prejudice and misogyny by several of the people who he put into prison. He displays arrogance and the desire to always “win” regardless of who suffers at the hand of his actions. He is not impartial and should be removed. We need actual non biased representation, not an egotistical person who makes judgements off of what he thinks is right. The jury makes the decision, not the judge. Bias is removed in the juror level, we need to be removing it from the rest of the courtroom.

I see so many comments going back to Killer Sally but I think Honorable Judge Goldstein was an excellent prosecutor in that case. The documentary was from the beginning biased towards Sally and the moment Prosecutor (now Judge) Goldstein spoke, he had me convinced. Forensics don't lie, people. There was no imminent threat and Sally just shot Ray while he was down and dying. Enough of the Abuse excuse. Then D.A. Goldstein is now a judge of the superior court of California for a reason. He is unbiased and highly competent and logical. And no sloppy biased documentary can take away from how amazing he was in that case and many others. This person has sent rapists and murderers and abusers to jail to keep the community safe. He deserves respect.

This judge seems to be very bias. He appears to think he is right about everything. He comes across arrogant and hold himself above others. He appeared to have no respect for the actual truth. He is just in it to win it. He decided how a battered woman should look or act and if not the way he wants, they are guilty. Sir if you have never been one you have no clue! NONE!! Aside from Sally McNeal I have read many innocent people are sent to prison on his watch. I don’t care if she really did go into the bedroom for the second shot, did you see the size of that man? She was physically abused and emotionally abused (cheating), leaving her to feel worthless and this was the way she saw out. Eventually Asshole Judge Goldstein will meet his maker and pay for his sins. Till then I hope karma gets him.
