Baranoski is a former cop who simply rubber stamps whatever the cops do regardless of the law. His every ruling favors the prosecution. It's a disgrace that he sits on the Judicial Conduct Board. He was the only vote against suspending a Harrisburg judge without pay for interfering with police who were arresting her son for DUI.
