I appeared before him twice, and both times I felt totally heard. He is considerate, patient, polite and assertive. Even when ruling against you, he does it with such grace that you don’t feel like the losing party, you actually feel very empowered and more knowledged than before. What really stood out to me was his perfectly identical treatment of men and women. He is equally friendly, equally respectful and equally receptive of commentary. Most male judges are either dismissive of women or they attempt to be extra charming. Daniel Link is just himself

Best judge in San diego. All the lawyers love him. So even tempered. he listens. he knows the law. He is great. Love him

2 ??‘s only because I got sole custody because of my lawyer. Didn’t read now look at evidence, favoritism toward military opposing party, allowed perjury time and time again without any repercussions, allowed the real victim to be re-victimized every time they stepped into his courtroom. Allowed a child to live with a known multi offender of child abuse who lost all custody of their own kids aka husbands mistress supplied factual evidence to validate this criminal records. Granted a 5 yr Restraining Order with false statements accusations from husband even with husband on stand admitting to hitting punching and abusing his wife. Chastised litigant for her behavior yet never said anything to Military husband for all his Narcissistic behaviors especially when using the courts and RO to further assist him in inflicting more abusive behaviors on wife. Litigant handed over all evidence to his honor yet Judge link continually allowed both wife and child and be subjected towards stalking, threatening, traumatic behaviors from military husband. So far to the extreme that Judge link told wife she would have to leave her own residence for 30 minutes while military husband came to pick up child even though military husband would bring the SD police sometimes up to 4 times per day to flex his power and cause trauma. Judge D F Link is a horrible example of what a Judge shouldn’t be. I hope he reads this but then again he didn’t even read any of my evidence he just chose to believe a documented psychopath Narcissist. The only good call made was giving me full custody yet I fought for that too and paid $87,000 in lawyers fees to prove my innocence. Some Justice, what a farce.
