Daniel F. Wilensky

His previous decisions are still being read in court. This man did not retire he resigned due to all the complaints that he was facing in Tallahassee. Ron Desantis appointed this fool to this seat and he is running for President in 2024.

As a man, he did not review the facts even when a court order was involved. He violated court orders and suggested I create a hostile situation by forcefully taking the child back. He did not have court recordings for his case, the other party was supposed to submit proper documentation to appear in court. Not obeyed. My evidence of 10 years was ignored. He met with the other party without my knowledge or presence. He even made a court decision when everyone realized the case had no validity. I had full custody for over 1 year by another judges' order and he disregarded the order. He refused to accept past evidence and accepted past evidence of the other party. From reviewing what others have said, this man must be getting paid. He is not honest and clearly lies and encourages lies in his court room. There is nothing fair or lawful about his practices. Who voted for him? May God do what he freely wishes to his life and soul. Poor excuse for a legal person. He has no honor. I wish there was a way for a group civil lawsuit. I received a letter yesterday that said, "Judge Wilensky’s last day on the bench is December 31, 2021." I am not sure why? I hope enough cases have finally got him removed. He has ruined my life with my daughter, and my daughter's life. Why has the Judge over this man allowed him to remain for so long? He is an embarrassment to everyone and everything.

Judge Wilensky should be removed from his position immediately for being completely incompetent and biased. He does not listen to facts and does not care. He has gone above and beyond to intentionally "bend the rules" to favor men, completely disregarding the welfare of children and the safety of women. There is absolutely no reason this man should be permitted to sit on the bench. His rulings are determined by whether you are a male or female and he will go to extra lengths, beyond the scope of any professional judge, to make his ruling no matter the detriment to any party. Something must be done to remove him before he destroys more lives and families.

This judge refused to see the actual evidence and just automatically sided with the father. The judge off the bat before heading my Testimony started asking questions about how supervised my visits should be. He needs to be revoked in any manner. Absolutely unprofessional and sexist.
