Has made custody changes without a hearing in violation of law.

Has made custody changes without a hearing in violation of law. Fraternizes outside of professional events with certain family court attorneys. Biased in favor of whichever party hired one of his buddies. Should be removed from bench AND disbarred for his conduct inside and outside courtroom.

Close friends outside of work with Helen Casale esq and Kelley Fazzini esq of Hangley Aronchick. Rules in their favor when they are before him in court. Has issued orders that contradict previous agreement between the parties. Appoints additional professionals (i.e. therapists, parenting coordinators, GALs) that are in his circle even when neither party has requested an additional professional and he will do this without regard for afforability. Tends to apply a blanket 50/50 arrangement even in cases with a history of abuse. Openly Against Kayden's Law.

Judge Clifford has to be the most bias judge I have ever came across.

Judge Clifford has to be the most bias judge I have ever came across. You don't need evidence to prove your case with him, he just takes your word for it. He even helps the perpetrators with his "leading" questions. To all the survivors that see his name as your assigned judge, please request a new judge before your first hearing. You will automatically lose, as it does not matter what type of proof you have. It will be dismissed or it will be assumed that you paid off that individual or group. Also, if you challenge his ruling, that is when you start to get bullied. Request a new judge ASAP!

He is for the abusers.

He is for the abusers. He did not care that the plaintiff beat the defendant in front of their kids and then beat the kids. PFA was put into place and he called the defendant a parental alianator. He is not for the kids at all. Please ask for a different judge. He is absolutely horrible for the DV survivors.
