Highly incompetent and abuses his power. His ego is larger than his brain. Does not review evidence (he won’t even expect evidence). He will bar litigants from speaking when they are permitted to. Will violate due process among other things.

` Daniel J Yablonsky acted as defense attorney on the morning of October 31, 2024. He presented many arguments on behalf of a client of a Mr Garcia. In the first court hearing of the day, which was on recorded audio, Daniel J Yanblonsky made an effort to prevent the plaintiff or the plaintiff attorney from presenting evidence. After about thirty minutes, Daniel J Yablonsky finally permitted evidence to be presented. The evidence in question was a photograph of a shallow knife would to the face. The wound was not deep, so it likely healed with little or no scar. However, the length of the wound suggests it was a very severe assault. Even if the knife had not made contact with the plaintiff's face, simply threatening someone with a knife easily falls within the definition of simple assault outlined in Section 2C:12-1a. However, in this case, aggravated assault could be easily established from the evidence. However, Daniel J Yablonsky told the plaintiff that the photo was probably fabricated. I forget his exact language, but he is on recorded audio, so his exact words were spoken at approximately 9:30am on the morning of October 31, 2024. The plaintiff and the plaintiff attorney had additional evidence to present, but Daniel J Yablonsky refused to allow further evidence to be shown. Daniel J Yablonsky found the alleged assailant not guilty for the assault. I believe he also granted her custody of two children. At the very least, he made it significantly more likely that the defendant in that case would be granted custody of two children. Two children might be in the custody of a woman who slashed her husband in the face with a knife as a result of Daniel J Yablonsky's role in serving as backup attorney on the behalf of a Mr Garcia. Mr Garcia, of course, committed no crimes. He simply performed his paid role as a defense attorney, without making inflammatory arguments.
