Judge Jordan should resign his position. At some point many long serving judges simply lose interest in their job and the awesome responsibilities that come with it, and become nothing more than political players. He makes a good argument for the proposition that life tenure for Federal judges should be abolished.

Very disappointed with this judge. Perhaps, he was too young when placed on the bench. He has no real world view. In addition, I believe he has racist tendencies, to put it politely.

I've tried several cases in front of him and he is very fair, very much up on the issues of the case, and doesn't make comments in front of the jury that indicate a bias. He maintains a pleasant demeanor, but will cut off a line of questioning that's going nowhere. You cannot ask for much better.

Excellent judge. Very well thought out opinions. An ability to get to heart of the actual legal issues in the case. Very timely in ruling on cases.

Very smart Judge who issues well thought-out opinions. Has an ability to cut through the clutter and determine what the actual legal issues are and what is irrelevant. Has acquired a good reputation after a relatively short time on the bench.
