Judge Dominguez believes in the rule of law and is reasons his actions carefully. Although he tends to fall normally withing the scope of employers, if he sees merit to a case he will give you a chance to argue its merits and deal with your arguments fairly. Although he has been criticized for his passions in electoral cases, I believe those are the exceptions and that this judge truly follows his conscience as lavishly follows the law.
