A disaster for Plaintiff; this judge will allow defense attorneys to talk and get away with abuse if he knows the attorneys. Lack the manegerial skill for a trial judge
Judge Dominguez believes in the rule of law and is reasons his actions carefully. Although he tends to fall normally withing the scope of employers, if he sees merit to a case he will give you a chance to argue its merits and deal with your arguments fairly. Although he has been criticized for his passions in electoral cases, I believe those are the exceptions and that this judge truly follows his conscience as lavishly follows the law.
A very well-tempered judge. He is indecisive and trials take much longer than they should because of all the sidebars and speaking objections.
