Does not listen to your arguments. Refers to things not in the record or misstates dates of orders. Very rude and unprofessional. I have never written a negative rating about any judge in my 20 years of practice. If you have Lindemann expect to be railroaded.

In over 40 years of practice, this may be the worst Judge I have ever appeared before. Although my case was Special Civil, he had total disregard for Rules of Evidence and his demeanor was reprehensible.
