I had court today about to get back my kids, because I was on federal custody, this judge definitely it’s RACIST he didn’t let me talk, he completely ignore me, and he focused first that I was on federal custody. I don’t think that with this judge I’m going to get back my kids.

I believe this judge has made to many judgements in the past and is now tunnel visioned when hearing counter arguments so that the court does not seem at fault for removing or even lowering orders that are granted with absolutely no evidence and only allegations. Has put me in a huge hole in my custody case starting from the bottom of just getting on the birth certificate.

I believe this judge is racist, misogynistic, prejudice, and hates women. He granted my abusive narcissist ex a cross restraining order against me, after my TRO was approved because HE IS IN FACT, ABUSIVE. And then he forced me to nest with him (with my TRO in place). It’s been over a year and we still haven’t had the hearing for the TRO and I’m still having to let him come into my home for his custodial time with our children. He let my ex get away with failing a breathalyzer (that the judge ordered him to take) at 8AM with our kids in his custody. He lets him get away with financially abusing me, with his parental alienation tactics, threats of violence, abuse towards the kids. I have been in a relationship with someone who lives overseas for over a year and a half and they are even trying to control that part of my life. If I go visit him, they villainize me. If he comes here to visit me, they villainize me. Minors counsel (that I sought out to actually HELP my kids) is an absolute joke as well. Luckily Judge Belsky was taken out of family court. I’m sure it was because a woman seeking a RO against her ex, now has a dead fiancé after Judge Belsky denied her request for an RO and ruled it a “tie” in favor of the ex boyfriend.

This Judge hates women, does not read FCS reports before siding with an abuser. He has absolutely no business deciding the fates of children!!
