The plaintiff admitted he was not looking for money but wanted to tell his story.

The plaintiff admitted he was not looking for money but wanted to tell his story. He had no documents, no evidence and even had the wrong numbers. We provided documents and clear evidence the work the plaintiff asked for was performed exactly as he requested. She did not allow closing argument and then ruled in favor of Defendant for money, when she really meant Plaintiff. She was horrible and is a disgrace. We are appealing as her decision made no sense to anybody in the courtroom.

She is still prejudice and needs to get unseated, we are almost an hour past the court date everyone is waiting for her to show up, now everyone is late to pick their kids up from school.

This Judge’s decision making process is illogical, race and gender bias and nonsensical.

This Judge’s decision making process is illogical, race and gender bias and nonsensical. She ignores solid evidence and seemingly makes decisions based on some sort of scoring or predetermined judgement prior to hearing arguments. She clearly sides with female witnesses regardless of the evidence to the contrary. If you are a young white male facing accusations from a female witness you should go straight to a jury trial. The quality or amount of evidence you have to defend yourself is irrelevant. She will leave court early and force arguments to end prior to completion. We experienced 2 postponements and multiple errors in the docketing of the case. This required all of the strong arguments of evidence overwhelmingly in favor of acquittal to be lost or forgotten by the judge due to her postponements. She multitasks and talks to staff while arguments are made and shows favoritism towards the prosecution and victim advocates who flaunt their presence openly in front of defendants. Just watching her work gives credence to the argument that our legal system is broken in the state of Maryland. Avoid this judge at all costs and seek a jury trial where you can be assured of a fair process vs. costly attorney fees that are wasted arguing before this judge. Hopefully the silver lining of having gone before this judge is that I have provided you with warning in hopes you don’t suffer the same outcome.
