Extremely unprofessional. The other party produced blatantly false “messages” and “communications” saying they were from me and Danielle literally raised her voice and yelled at me. When it was realized that the messages were in fact fabricated by the other party, she did nothing about them lying in court and then gave them multiple chances to show up for court to determine custody (they didn’t show up to 5 court dates before she finally ruled in my favor). She is not good at her job and should have no influence over the lives of families.

A frauduelnt order of protection against my person was issued by Peterson which barred me from seeing my children ongoing 4 years. Said OOP was subsequebtly stolen from my home ...[Redacted by Ed.]

1.0. She is allowing an attorney law firm to violate every rule applicable to this case only because I am not a member of the bar. As a Self-Represented Litigant, I am being denied the right to be heard and the law firm defendant is allowed to delay the proceedings without justification and with prejudice towards me, the Plaintiff.

Ruined many lives very sad ruined mine and my family I take full responsibility for my mother being crazy and she put out lives in jepordy.

This “judge” should remove herself. How disgusting that those like her continue to place children in dangerous situations ignoring pleas of protective parents. Misogynistic, arrogant, inept. She shoukd never be let to forget that a little girl is dead and she should have protected that child and countless others

Shame on this judge, she needs to be removed from the bench to ensure the safety of children.

nassau county deserves better than someone who allowed a child to be murdered then never even had the decency to speak to the mother

How is this person still allowed on the bench after not listening to a mother's (valid) concerns...which ultimately caused the death of a 2 year old?! Put child safety first Danielle (sorry you don't deserve to be called honorable, not when a little girl doesn't get her first day of school thanks to you & a mother's only child isn't here)! Very scared for childrens families who have to face her.

This judge needs to be removed! Her egregious conduct caused an innocent child to be murdered. What must happen before anyone does anything? Her callous attitude towards abuse victims is lacking any ethical morality. My presonal experience with her is that she laughed in my face while denying a restraining order and sent my child and myself back to the abuser.

Shame on this judge for putting parents rights before children's rights. A little girl could be alive and thriving with a healthy parent instead she's dead at the hands of an abuser. This judge needs to step off the bench and step into a jail cell.
