while he may lean towards the prosecution, Judge Chun is a fair man that holds no grudges. He also treats all defendants fairly. He is also extremely hard-working, insightful, and honest. He is having an admirable career and is a distinguished civil servant.

Nasty and biased towards crooked D.A s out to gain from inflicting misery onto defendants that are innocent by ignoring exornerating evidence. The Giuca hearing outcome feb 2022 is just one example. He made remarks that of a thicko and smacked of low I.Q to justify ignoring evidence of Giucas innocence. He should be sacked. A danger to the public safety
