This Judge doesn't do her investigate into emergency tro she base it on what attorneys write she doesn't contact child welfare so the perpetrator doesn't missed used tro and divorce with the help of his attorney. If you where born with a disabilities she will not let you have a continues for the divorce she trust the attorney is present who is not honest she let the attorney throw out police reports as he said and she said. Don't believe her when she said she for the best interest of our children she not for the true victim of domestic violence none of attorney are for victim of domestic violence she horrible judge i rather her give my abuser a gun to shoot me especially she said the kids dad doesn't have to coparent with me she let me be homeless and ruin my credit and I been treated awful by this judge and by attorney in family court people with disabilities who are victim of domestic violence should be have attorneys that is from the state of California and they shouldn't have their children wrongful taken from them

I feel like she doesn't bother reading the filings. Is very clearly pro-dad but hasn't even read my response. His was literally just five pages of a completely false story with no evidence attached. I wrote a comprehensive response with 58 pages of evidence and her response was, "I don't have time for all this." and continued the case for four months.
