She is very in over her head. Should not be holding this position at all. She does not have the skill set. She is timid and does not ask probative questions and should not hold a role of a judge at all. She will likely try to "meet in the middle" because she is not competent. She should not be in this position at all. She should not hold a judge role especially given the growing community.
