He has favorites and communication is horrible, Doesn't read anything important, 100%doesn't follow his own Procedures " so called rules" complete favored the defendents who bragged about there long standing relationship. He took out a full family, three evictions released, open spinal surgery, 9 hospital emergency inpatient, loose of mobility,over 700k of outstanding medical depts . Allowed the defence attorneys to bullshit there way through fraud. The defense attorneys never completed anything including discovery interrogatorie questions and compliance( to one order!!) The 19 months have been criminal ! He dismissal full facts , with incredible amounts of evidence videos, pictures, police reports,EMS,fire department, Trauma programs. Full state Testimony - emergency loss of a child , and stepmother including homelessness.

this judge should not be in a courtroom as a judge. he is incompetent has no regard for rule of law. his friendship with defendant attorney is blatant and harmful to the victim. the judge does not read the material. he is not knowledgeable. he shows complete disregard for the facts of the case. allowed his friendship with the attorney that brags that he has known the judge for years and "we are good friends" is an interference with justice. this judge has to be removed from the courtroom.

a rating of 2.5 is far too generous. This is a horrible incompetent judge. Has a friendship with defendant attorney allowed defendant attorney to write decision in harm to a pro se victim in a simple case. The attorney for defendant calls the judge by first name in court boldly. Facts of the case did not matter. Evidence did not matter. The attorney said he knows the judge would rule against the pro se plaintiff because the attorney and the judge are long time friends for years. This is a complete disregard for rule of law and code of conduct. this judge needs to be sanctioned and removed from the bench. we need competent judges that respect the law and evidence.

Still rude and ill-tempered, and remains unqualified, unfit and incapable.
