` Judge who loves himself and his position more than anything else. A judge is a word that does not fit him, nor do the position, period! He should be called a thief, because he robs citizens of justice and does whatever it takes to keep his position and cares about nothing but his own interests.

Miserable settlement on the "voluntary manslaughter" of 42-year old father Greg Cirimele by an 18 year old with a gun. The shooter should have gone away for life. He's eligible for parole in 5.94 years. Disgusting.

The epitome of judicial temperament, Judge Cena may be the best judge I have ever met. He is thoughtful, reasonable, and a friend to all. Even if he doesn't agree with you, he is considerate of both sides and always fair. Judge Cena is so impressive that he restores your confidence in the judicial system, giving you faith that it still works. I have never seem him react in anger toward anyone, even when tempers flair, which can be a daily challenge for some in this business. If all judges were more like him, the world would be a better place.

This Judge should retire as his views and understanding of the law are extremely outdated and he shows no intention of making efforts to refresh himself on current law and practices. He gives all deference to Prosecution and has no regard for clients or counsel of color.
