This judge is smart as a hamster no ability to understand basic science and def influenced by an attractive attorney. If your case requires critical thinking do everything you can to get a new judge. He's way more concerned with the Dodger score than the facts. Didn't mean to insult hamsters!!

Incredibly wise and just Judge. Very well mannered, good temper, smart questions, thorough. Could not be happier to see judge with such knowledge and foresight. Much respect. Truly Honorary.

RE: CA39171 Dear Other, I notice you don’t say whether you got your kids back. The court doesn’t just magically and suddenly see that you’ve improved your life. The stigma of being an alcoholic parent will stay with you the rest of your life, and I predict the judge will absolutely be biased against you. Toxic positivity won’t sway the judge to give your kids back.it just hurts parents who have been lied about by abusive attorneys and wronged by this judge. I had him back in 2020 after a DV/custody hearing. I was the defendant. I'm female and lost custody of my children because I was a drunk fool back than. This judge along with Judge Short took the information of me at face value. Heck yes, I was upset at the judgement, but years later I can say he did his job. If it wasn't for that judgement and accepting my faults,seeking help I'd still be resentful drunk and not be the mother my kids deserve. Again, he did his job and took the information at hand. I didn't lose custody of my kids because he's "biased". I lost them (for the time being) because I messed up. Fix yourself, not just you're children, but for you. You are their number one example.

Nothing to opine on this judge, but offensive posts, are just like the improper MO, of creepy family attorney troll, who is in bed with a judge and judge/attorney cabal, posts all over this site, for self-serving agenda, and with false flag, offensive, racist posts, along with other creepy out-right direct and criminal conduct postings, Smollett-esque false flag posts, offensive behavior and in the family attorney troll's posts on various judges, to distract from postings on judges that that the attorney troll is in bed with, while also engages in outright stalking, abusive making outrageous, threats against a litigant who speaks truth to power, and idiot family attorney troll brags that their judge-attorney cabal is "protected and can do whatever", while these criminals and thugs are dangerous and need to be in a BHU and then in a padded prison cell.
