While I am not a criminal defense attorney, I answered as a GAL who has observed his handling of cases. There should be an option to answer as a GAL.

I am a GAL and advocate for those being harmed by the family court. I witnessed Bonfiglio take a baby away from the mother without cause and order supervised visitation which he then denied for over 70 days. Judge violated mother's due process and took the baby as a punitive measure even though the statute was not met and evidence to justify removal was not provided.
