All former prosecutors are trash. This is why Brougham sucks.

As a rule of thumb, any "judge" appointed by Arnold Schwarzenegger has proven to be [Redacted by Ed.] . Trisha Bigelow is one example. David Brougham is another. There are many more examples. I can't believe this guy made it to be a 'judge.' Brougham is an absolute tyrant, with a track-record of violating people civil rights. Some of Dave's decisions have been overturned by higher courts. We deserve a lot better than this garbage. We can only hope one day God judges this Tyrant, in the same way he judged other people that went through his bogus courtroom.

I was given some sentence that was not mine and was obligated to go to court was threatened if I do not attend I will be arrested and then when I saw the paperwork it had someone else's name and birthdate on it. I tried to talk to him about this and he said I don't care. It's been sitting here for years and you must pick up this ticket and if you agree I will expunge it from your file. I never was arrested stopped and all this was fraud just to get money off me. They promised it won't be on my record and it is. Lied that I went with someone to court. It was not me the only time was being pushed to agree that it was me. When it wasn't me I was forced to say no contract and next thing I know I'm having to do community service for someone else who used my license and was arrested and let go. My identity was stolen and the Judge did not care. I don't deserve this on my record now. Also it states on the 3rd page vounsel joins in plea pursuant to people versus west. As you can see this should be dropped now. It is too old.

Judge David C. Brougham instructed The Jury at my Trial that they could only Vote “Guilty” my Case Number is: 24WCCF00405-01 Also he allowed Corrupt District Attorney Martin Bean to show The Jury secret illegal inadmissible evidence inside The Deliberations room while The Jury was in their deliberations. As another poster said, I agree that Judge David C. Brougham is indeed a Prosecutor in a black robe. Judge David C. Brougham helped Corrupt District Attorney Martin Bean ruin my life.

Absolute garbage “Judge.” In one case, Broughman protected Assistant District Attorney Lauren Guber after she withheld evidence in a sex crime case. In People v. Franco, Broughman refused to grant sex offender registration relief to a man convicted in the 1980s. See People v. Franco (2024). Guess what? There are about one million “Registered Sex Offenders” in the United States now. The registry is scientifically proven not to prevent crime, but to CAUSE crime. Judge Broughman is the problem. He is a reason why people now believe the courts are a complete and utter SCAM. He is just another black-robed Tyrant. Or, perhaps more appropriately, a prosecutor dressed in a black robe!
