I recently read your decision on Arizona's restrictions of abortion. Your decision is so disgusting that it should give every U.S. District Judge a pause. They should remind themselves that there are good, honorable judges, and then there are morally reprehensible judges like you, Judge Bury. Your appointment was not based on qualifications, but, like a hired gun, based on your willingness to do the bidding of President Bush. I have no doubt that your decision will be overturned. Your reputation will never recover.

This is an excellent judge, who tries to do the right thing at all times.

Good judge. Tends to side with the government but generally fair to both sides. Tougher sentencer by Arizona standards, but very consistent in his sentencing philosophy. Well prepared.
