Those who speak highly of this judge are spot-on. This gentleman - in the literal sense of that word - is kind, considerate, and patient at the same time he is well-prepared, knowledgeable, and insightful. It was pleasure to appear before him and I hope to have the opportunity again. I am confident my clients will always receive fair treatment from this kind fellow.
Judge Guaderrama is hard working, knowledgeable, smart, always prepared, and fair in his rulings. He studies the briefs carefully, learns the facts of the case and follows the law. His judicial temperament is excellent. Close calls could go either way in his Court and there is no obvious plaintiff or defense bias in any of his rulings. He works hard to understand the case and be courteous and fair to the litigants. Overall an excellent judge. I wish we had more like him.
I agree wholeheartedly with the prior review. Judge Guaderrama is very considerate of the parties and their counsel while at the same time, well-informed of the facts and law, well-prepared, and very efficient. Too few judges meet his standard.
One of the smartest, most industrious judges I've ever appeared before. He cares about litigants and treats attorneys with respect. They should clone him!!!
