David C. Mathias

Judge Matthias is a very good judge, he is very patient and makes you feel welcomed in his court. He seeks justice and peace between the parties. He is very intelligent and knows how to read people. This judge is a good and fair judge. My only complaint is that he would grant TRO with no evidence whatsoever and then the hearings would always be continued. But he's always able to listen both sides.
