No good. Shouldn't have been elected to serve as judge upon the bench.

No good. Shouldn't have been elected to serve as judge upon the bench. Another biased liberal and not the brightest bulb in the chandelier. Find another judge. Trust me.

An unfair, biased, uncompassionate, rude, cocky, and arrogant judge who cares little about the rule of law and how victims have been injured by large retail giants. Shows no consideration for victims or the injury done them. Does not believe in Antisemitism. Quick to stay a case that has already been won and seems to get satisfaction out of ruling against the Plaintiff. Likes to defeat civil discrimination and the injury thereof with procedural law and case precedent that has nothing to do with the relevant details of the case at hand. Cares more about the Irreparable Harm of the Defendant than the Plaintiff and victim who filed the action. Best advice, file Peremptory Challenge and get out of this courtroom.

Appears to be an ideal judge.

Appears to be an ideal judge. VERY smart; studies the papers; impartial; focused on facts and law; low-key demeanor yet clearly in control; allows room for reasonable amount of attorney argument. Does tend to be a bit of a stickler for technicalities, but who would want a judge that didn't know and follow the rules? Can't imagine a case on either side where I would not want him as the judge. He ruled against me once and for me once. Right on both.
