We got him again I am so thankful;. He is not a sociopath nor a psyhcopath liek Judge Gregory Pollack and David Berry are. Pollack and Berry should be removed from the bench in handcuffs. Both dont know what a conlfict means and Pollack is responsble for causing the death of 2 not 1 persons who had the extreme misfortune to be assigned him. Both hear cases in which they have actual bias . Pollack and Berry arrogant Nut jobs

Unlike Judge Gregory Pollack and David Berry this jurist doe not smirk. He is not a covert Narcissist or psychopath. I am happy when I am assigned a judge who is open to listen at all. Let face it Judge Pollack and Davd Berry display the marsk of very dangous people let alone judges. Pollack has caused the death of at least two litgants i have personal knowledg of myself. Look at the smirking done by them a sign of their pathology. This jurist is awesome.

Judge Brown is a sterling member of the Bench . He is certianly not like GregoryPollack who caused the death of two Litigants . He is kind and considerate and I m so happy when the assignment department assigns me to him. My clients get a fair shake and I dont have to worry about their being harmed murdered or falsely imprisoned.. You should not have to worry when you go court that you will be harmed by a judge.

He violated the law over and over again. He was reversed on appeal. He disappeared for a motion for reconsideration when the part was not served so could not oppose the motion so by the time he would have heard a motion the time for appeal would have run out. He is extremely prejudiced from the get-go.

This Judge is an honorable jurist. You will not catch him forging orders like Judge Gregory Pollack nor Submiting False eviddence to the jury verifying the evidence himself as true like Judge David Berry.. Those two judges belong in State prison for their crimes along with Judge Howard Shore This judge is exemplary jurist. He would immediately disqulify himself if he learns that he did not disclose the jury forperson was a friend of his sister. Pollack and Berry are psychopaths and need to be removed from the bench for the protection of the public or transfered to Traffic where their intelligence is more in line with the case. This judge Brown needs to be presiding..

Unlike many judges Judge Brown is there because ehe wants to help. He has never sent any of my clients to jail and always proposes an out of jail solution for them The court house reads liberty and justice for all and unlike many of the others he sees its is carried out.Ethical Judge

I know I can go into the Dept and my clients will be treated with the respect they deserve. Not every defendant is a criminal and he can see through this and separate the wheat from the shaft. A honest individual and a distinguished jurist. My favorite in any court.

` This judge is distinguished jurist. he is the bright light offering help and comfort to helpless defendants at the time of their appearances in his dept. He can certainly transform all the negative qualities of a bench very different then the way he runs his court. Best hands down

I got lucky and I pulled Judge Brown as our trial judge. I knew my client would be treated well and respected. He is so smart. Everyone thinks I am lucky becasue of what could have happened.It was smooth sailing. Although my client was found guilty she got an unconditional pardon

This judge has masterful legal mind. He is not a fraud

I got lucky again and was assigned to this judge with a masterful mind and keeen intellect. Such a relieve for my client as he made her feel comfortable and at ease. There are so many dull wit judges out there but this judge is not one of them.

Judge Brown is always very respectful of my clients and me when I go to that dept 30. I can count on getting a fair and impartial judge. You can do a lot worse let me tell you

Judge Brown’s decisions are deeply troubling. His blatant bias against women was evident in every case I observed. He routinely belittled female plaintiffs, disregarded their testimonies, and seemed more concerned with maintaining his outdated views than ensuring justice. It's clear that fairness was not his priority. A judge should embody impartiality and respect for all, but Judge Brown seems to have forgotten that essential principle.

Why do the many more negative opinions not published here? I have tried posting several times since being victimized by this horrible judge in the courtroom. He is the absolute worst and should be removed where he can't hurt honest people who come to court seeking justice.

An appointee and a travesty of an appointment. This Vista judge has a misogynistic slant and does little to protect people from abuse. If this judge gets assigned to your case, take your freebie disqualification and get another judge. If you are a military male, then stick with him, because he always rules in your favor if he has a crush on you. Consider yourselves warned.

I am very much in shock after being in a courtroom with this judge. How is it possible for a mentality Ill person to be put in the position of honor? He shows clear bias curl statements toward people that just want a fair judgment. What is going on with our system that is in place to protect the people. We have to do better. He should recuse himself.

Rude, unworthy of his position. No clear solid neutral ground to give both parties a fair change.
