don't trust him or his age with my life in his hand
Gill should be removed. He looks asleep during most trials. He shambles up to the bench and (in my opinion) renders arbitrary decisions based on little more than what he had for breakfast. There is a reason most of his decisions are appealed and often overturned. He is the living embodiment of why judges should have a mandatory retirement age. He clings to his power solely for the sake of power. By allowing Gill to remain in office, we are putting people's lives in the hands of a senile 90-year-old, with no kids, who does not care about other people - only about desperately clinging to his little bit of power.
Judge Gill had his head down the entire trial and barely asked a question. He seemed completely indifferent to the hearing. He rendered a baseless, arbitrary decision. He seems more concerned with protecting predators than with safeguarding the rights of victims. I can't say he is completely corrupt and the last of the "good ole boy" network rendering nonsense decisions for his friends and the children of his friends but https://www.10news.com/news/local-news/judge-to-rule-on-potential-release-of-bolder-than-most-rapist
the old geezer should be escorted out the door.he is senile and the time it takes him to climb the steps for the bench is longer than the time he allows you to argue. a complete fraud like the others.
