Gave dad back 50/50 custody after driving drunk with his children not once, but twice within 18 months. Mom was reprimanded and accused of “parental alienation”. Judge ordered a COBI despite mom being severely in debt due to family court. Children did not want to return to father. To quote the previous rating, “David McDowell does not care about children and their best wishes or which family they are the most bonded to and safe with- he will reverse custody out of retaliation.”

Judge is very sexist. Will only give other men what they want. Ignores anything women say.

HORRIBLE! Family story: Father stated “I’m a pedophile” and “I know the underage thing and p___ is a problem.” Father is on 4 different psychiatric medications for bipolar. All of this documented by the Fathers counselor. Father was then awarded 50/50. After 3 years of coparenting, child started exhibiting sexualized behaviors and the Honorable David McDowell gave full custody to the Father and supervised visits to Mother because Mother voiced concerns and tried to get help for the child. David McDowell does not care about children and their best wishes or which family they are the most bonded to and safe with- he will reverse custody out of retaliation.
