This judge is very pro prosecution. Many times he forgets he’s the judge and temporarily takes over as prosecutor by cross examining witnesses at trial and asking his own questions in front of the jury.

Judge David Fields is one of those who believes women are always telling the truth no matter what evidence is in front of him. He seems to think women always tell the truth and men always lie. He’s very pro prosecution and extremely unfair at time of sentencing. He is enabling the 3rd wave feminism movement and needs to retire before he causes any more damage.

Today I went to dept 7 in family court and found out I have a new Judge. His name is Daniel Fields. I was really nervouse but he turned out to be one of the better judges. He listend and let you speak. He can read between your lines (So no BS). He wants you to get to the point and makes his ruling. I have to say be prepared and be direct and he will rule correctly.
