Shunts was a fair and even handed judge but he has retired.

Shunts was a fair and even handed judge but he has retired. Mitch Manuel was voted in last year to replace Shults. Manual is young and not seasoned enough so he allows a power hungry DA to rule his courtroom. It is not right.
