As Presiding Judge, he had control of case and continued the control because he was personally connected to the case and its defendants. ALL judges and several courts brought into case, including Appellate Court and California Supreme Court knew it but kept quiet. He continued his control even after several years' litigation and 10 judges suddenly recused. Behind the scenes, he never gave up control to destroy the victim’s case until he finally succeeded. It is called judicial corruption.
