A disgruntled IRS agent forced my company into bankruptcy. General Electric lost money in the bankruptcy when the debt was discharged, and instead of filing an objection with the bankruptcy court, they took the matter to Massachusetts district court to nullify the bankruptcy and hold me responsible for their loss. I presented proof to Judge Cunis that the documents submitted to the court had been perjured to conceal embezzlement. The judge nullified the bankruptcy but never reported the perjury and embezzlement to any law enforcement agency. That is a violation of the Constitution, Article I, section 8 and a violation of 18 USC 4.
