I've been fighting this custdy case apx three years with a judge theres a conflict of interest.Judge Densford was James Rudolf Morgan jr attorney for the rape case 1991.When ask to recuse himself from the cae on record he refuses to do so.The grandfather has pl custody and has three counts of rape that he took a plea deal according to the states attorney office.I filed a Peace ordered on the grandfather because he theat to come to my residence and rape me while on the phone with him.He did not rebuttal it at all and agreed in court. His wife work for the courts at one point.I have full custody of my other child.My daughter mom got her taken from her not me.This judge should be in trouble.
